Our approach
Presentation, protection, handling and unit cost pull in different directions. We settle those trade-offs before artwork is finalised, so what you approve on the sample is what arrives in the shipment.

Each category fails differently — in transit, on the shelf, in the hand. These are the structures and inserts each one starts from.

Six finishes cover most briefs; the rest are combinations of them. Each one changes the unit cost by a different amount, so they are quoted line by line rather than lumped into one number.
Best forLuxury gifting, jewellery, premium cosmetics
Hot foil stamped under heat and pressure, so the logo reads as metal rather than ink. Gold, silver, rose gold, copper and holographic, with fine detail held down to about 0.3 mm.
Best forSkincare, fragrance, premium D2C
A velvet matte film that absorbs light instead of reflecting it. It hides handling marks better than gloss, and it is usually the reason a box feels expensive before it is opened.
Best forCorporate gifts, tech accessories
Gloss varnish applied only where the artwork needs it, printed on top of a matte film. The step between matte and gloss is what makes a logo read when the box is tilted.
Best forStationery, candles, lifestyle brands
A brass die presses the artwork into the board, raised or recessed, with no ink involved. Works on uncoated paper, and over foil it adds relief to the metal itself.
Best forMulti-SKU ranges, retail shelf
CMYK offset for photographic artwork, Pantone when a brand colour must not drift between reprints. The wrap is printed before it is glued, so colour carries across the fold as well as the face.
Best forJewellery, watches, electronics, perfume
Velvet, suede or printed paper lining over an EVA foam, moulded pulp or die-cut board cradle. The interior is on show for the whole time the box is open, so it is specified like the outside.
Why Colormix
The person who quoted your box is the person who answers the fourth repeat order. Same people, same dieline, same colour standard three seasons later.
Structures are drawn to your product, not picked from a fixed size list — the same jar can end up in a carton, a rigid box or a mailer.
A digital sample takes 3–7 days; a production-line sample takes 7–10 days. Both are reviewed before bulk production moves forward.
Structural design, materials, printing, finishing, assembly, inspection and export delivery are coordinated around one approved specification.
Export coordination for 80+ countries, with documents issued with the goods rather than chased afterwards.

MOQ, sampling, lead time, shipping, files and payment — the six questions that come up before every quote.
500 pcs per size, across every box type. Each size needs its own dieline, so a design produced in three sizes carries three minimums.
A digital sample takes 3–7 days and confirms artwork, colour and finishing. A production-line sample takes 7–10 days and is made on the same board and process as the bulk order.
15–22 working days after the sample is approved. The range covers finishing and hand assembly, which vary by box type and season.
We have produced for customers in 80+ countries. Freight is quoted per order, by sea, air or courier, depending on volume and date.
A vector file — AI, PDF or EPS — with fonts outlined, plus images at 300 dpi at final size. If you only have a flattened file, we can work from it and flag what needs rebuilding before sampling.
A deposit at order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Tooling and sample fees are quoted separately and credited against the bulk order where stated in the quote.
