Founder's note
“A box is judged twice: once by the buyer who pays for it, and once by the customer who opens it. We build for the second one, because that is the person who decides whether the brand is worth paying for again.”
The Colormix team, Guangzhou
Vision
To be the packaging partner a brand keeps for a decade — the supplier that still answers the phone when the fourth repeat order arrives.
Mission
To take a product from a photo and a quantity to a packed carton without the buyer having to manage five suppliers to get there.
What that means in practice
One team owns the dieline, the sample, the print approval and the shipping documents. The person who quoted your box is the person you ask when something changes.
What we make
Four product families, one production workflow. They are quoted together because they are printed from the same artwork and finished to the same colour standard.
- Custom boxes Rigid, folding carton and corrugated, from a 500 pcs run to container volume. See the range
- Paper bags Ribbon, rope and die-cut handles on 157–210 gsm stock, printed with the box artwork. See the range
- Labels and stickers Seals, closures and product labels, die-cut to shape on paper, vinyl or film. See the range
- Gift packaging Sets assembled with inserts, tissue, cards and ribbon so the box arrives ready to hand over. See the range
Twelve lines, and what each one does
Printing, laminating, die-cutting, gluing and hand assembly run through one production workflow. That is what makes a short lead time possible: nothing waits in a queue between suppliers.
-
Heidelberg
Seven-colour offset
Seven units in line, so a spot colour or an inline varnish runs in the same pass instead of a second one. Colour is approved on a first-off sheet.
-
Automatic platen
Die-cutting
Cutting formes made to the approved dieline, so the crease lines and the fit of lid to base come off the same tool.
-
In-line folding and gluing
Automatic line
Sheet-fed in-line machines carry a blank from feeder to glued carton without being re-stacked by hand between steps.
-
Water-based film
Lamination
Matte, gloss and soft-touch film applied before die-cutting. The finish is chosen with the board, not added afterwards.
Sampling
See it, hold it, then produce it
Nobody should approve a box from a rendering. The sample room holds the structures we have already built, and a project sample is made against your dieline before any bulk board is cut.
- Sample lead times
- digital sample 3–7 days; production-line sample 7–10 days
- Bulk production
- 15–22 working days
- Minimum order
- 500 pcs per size
The team behind the order
100+ people across production and the office. What matters to a buyer is which of them touches the order, and at what point.
-
Structural engineering
Draws the dieline and produces the digital sample you approve. One structural contact owns the project from dieline to first-off.
-
Printing and finishing
Coordinates offset, digital printing, lamination, foil and die-cutting. Colour and finish are signed off on a physical sheet, not on screen.
-
Rigid box assembly
Rigid box assembly for wrapped boxes: corners, linings, magnets, ribbons and inserts are set and checked against the approved specification.
-
Quality control
First-off approval, in-line dimension checks and a pre-shipment inspection with photographs before the cartons are closed.
-
Packing and shipping
Cartons are counted and marked against the packing list, photographed before closing and loaded under supervision.
-
Export and documentation
Quotes in your incoterm, books the shipment and issues the invoice, packing list and B/L or AWB with the goods.
One-stop, from design file to container
OEM and ODM work both run through the same five steps. You can join at any of them; most buyers join at the brief.
-

Digital sample in 3–7 days; production-line sample in 7–10 days.
-
04
Production
15–22 working days after sample approval, with a first-off sheet approved before the run.
-
05
Shipping
Export cartons marked per packing list, documents issued, shipment booked on your incoterm.
Quality and compliance
Quality management follows ISO 9001:2015. Board grade, print, finishing and packing are specified per project and checked at named inspection points, with records issued alongside the goods.
Certification marks are printed only where the material or process actually carries them. What a mark covers — and what it does not — is set out on the certifications page.
Documented with the shipment
- First-off approval sheet, signed before the run
- Dimension check record against the dieline
- Pre-shipment inspection photographs
- Invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB
